Terms of Service

Draft prepared 28 October 2026

The service

DNS Aman hosts authoritative DNS for domains you manage and provides a console and API to manage their records. DNS Aman is developed and maintained by Nuvira Komunika Solusi.

Needs legal review: the contracting entity, its address, and whether these terms or a separate agreement govern paying customers.

Accounts

  • Accounts are created by invitation from a DNS Aman administrator.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and authenticator secure.
  • API tokens act as the account that owns them and never have more access than it.
  • Administrators can disable accounts and revoke tokens at any time.

Your domains and records

  • Only add domains you are authorised to manage.
  • Changes you save are published to the nameservers immediately, or after review for zones with review turned on. Resolvers may keep serving earlier answers until their TTL expires.
  • Pointing your domain at DNS Aman's nameservers, and removing that delegation, is done at your registrar and is your responsibility.

Proxied records

A proxied record answers DNS queries with DNS Aman's proxy-edge addresses instead of your origin address. This keeps the origin out of DNS answers only. It is not a CDN, firewall or DDoS protection service, and an origin address can still be discovered in other ways.

Acceptable use

Needs legal review: prohibited uses (for example abuse, malware distribution, or infringing content) and the consequences.

Availability, liability and changes

DNS Aman does not currently publish an uptime commitment or service level agreement.

Needs legal review: limitation of liability, warranties, termination, governing law and dispute resolution, and how changes to these terms are announced.
